    Some people think that the most important thing for an airsoft group do to is to be effective in an event or game. Eliminating the opposing players, completing an objective or grabbing a flag is the highest goal for them in an event. Other people think that having the most expensive gear or the replicas that perform the best is the primary focus of the group. I think those are good things to enjoy, but my personal opinion is that the most important thing for any group is for the people to be friends and enjoy the company of the people in the group. If you aren't able to see the team in a social setting outside of airsoft, then I can't see the group lasting a long time. When you are also at an event for one or two days, being tired or hungry or cold, being friends with your team will help you go through difficult times with the activity or hobby.

    サバゲーグループにとって最も重要なことは、イベントや試合で効果を発揮することだと考える人もいます。相手プレイヤーを排除すること、目標を達成すること、または旗を掴むことは、イベントにおける彼らにとっての最高の目標です。最も高価なギアや最高のパフォーマンスを発揮するレプリカを所有することがグループの主な焦点であると考える人もいます。それらは楽しむのに良いことだと思いますが、私の個人的な意見は、どのグループにとっても最も重要なことは、人々が友達になり、グループの人々と一緒に楽しむことであるということです。エアソフトガン以外の社交的な環境でチームを見ることができなければ、グループが長続きするとは思えません。 1 日か 2 日のイベントに参加するときに、疲れていたり、お腹が空いていたり、寒かったりするときも、チームの友達になることで、その活動や趣味で困難な時期を乗り越えることができます。

    

        That long introduction was all to introduce the topic of social meetings for airsoft teams and enthusiasts. I recently attended the Bundesliga Dinner in Ginza hosted by Waito-san. The location was a German restaurant called Baden Baden, located right under the train tracks near Ginza Station. I can recommend this place, as the food was very good and no one complained about the beer. In total 6 of us enjoyed food like pretzels, sauerkraut, salads, different types of sausages, and several bone-in pork shanks with plenty of beer.

    長い前置きは、エアガンチームと愛好家のための懇親会の話題を紹介するためでした。先日、ワイトさんが主催する銀座のブンデスリーガディナーに参加してきました。場所は銀座駅近くの高架下にあるバーデンバーデンというドイツ料理店。食べ物はとても美味しかったし、ビールについて誰も文句を言わなかったので、この場所をお勧めします。合計6人で、プレッツェル、ザワークラウト、サラダ、さまざまな種類のソーセージ、骨付き豚すね肉数本などの食べ物をたっぷりのビールとともに楽しみました。

    It's easy for me to say I enjoyed myself at the dinner, even with a lot of the language difficulties between the other people and I. Thankfully most of the attendees and myself spoke enough English and Japanese to communicate fairly easily. But I think the important part of the dinner was to celebrate the year, welcome 2025, and personally for me to network with the others and meet people I've only talked to online. With other hobbies I've had, I've found that the community isn't made from attending meetings or events, it's from the time spent socially after events or as independent activities. Once the bond of friendship is forged and strengthened, the normal hobby meetings are more enjoyable and even when the meetings are difficult, people can still enjoy spending time with friends.

    たとえ他の人たちと私の間に言葉の問題がたくさんあったとしても、ディナーは楽しかったと言うのは簡単です。ありがたいことに、ほとんどの出席者と私は、かなり簡単にコミュニケーションをとるのに十分な英語と日本語を話せました。しかし、ディナーの重要な部分は、その年を祝い、2025 年を歓迎することであり、私個人としては他の人々とネットワークを作り、オンラインでしか話したことのない人々に会うことであったと思います。私が他の趣味を持っていると、コミュニティは会議やイベントに参加することで形成されるのではなく、イベント後や独立した活動として社交的に過ごす時間から形成されることがわかりました。友情の絆が生まれ、強まると、普段の趣味の会合がより楽しくなり、たとえ会合が難しい場合でも、人々は友達と楽しい時間を過ごすことができます。

    A welcome surprise was that Waito-san agreed to help expand Ritter Gruppe's area of influence and hopefully help guide people to the group and eventually to America to join the Americans for a milsim event. I'm glad he understood my vision and decided to support me in my effort to connect Japanese and American airsoft enthusiasts.

    歓迎すべき驚きは、ワイトさんがリッター・グルッペの影響力の領域を拡大することに協力し、願わくば人々をグループに、そして最終的にはアメリカに誘導してミルシムのイベントにアメリカ人として参加するよう手助けすることに同意したことだった。彼が私のビジョンを理解し、日米のエアガン愛好家を結びつける私の取り組みを支援することを決めてくれたことをうれしく思います。
